1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of goods and services supplied by CoreMach Group Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment
TermsAll spare parts and component orders require payment in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service and repair work carried out by CoreMach Group Ltd or its subcontracted engineers is payable within 30 days from invoice date following receipt of an official purchase order from the customer. CoreMach reserves the right to withdraw or amend credit terms at any time.

3. Subcontracted Engineers
CoreMach Group Ltd may appoint approved subcontract engineers to carry out service and repair work. These engineers operate under their own insurance cover, details of which can be provided upon request. CoreMach Group Ltd also maintains its own comprehensive insurance cover.

4. Late Payment
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, along with applicable fixed compensation and recovery costs.

5. Retention of Title
Ownership of all goods supplied remains with CoreMach Group Ltd until full payment has been received. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. CoreMach Group Ltd shall not be liable for delays outside of its reasonable control. Goods must be inspected upon receipt and any issues reported within 48 hours.

7. ReturnsGoods
supplied are non-returnable unless agreed in writing. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported promptly.

8. Liability
CoreMach Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.

9. Insurance
CoreMach Group Ltd maintains commercial insurance including Public & Products Liability up to £5,000,000 and Professional Indemnity up to £1,000,000.
